How soon can someone come out?

Scheduling depends on your area and the day. Refrigerator and leaking-washer calls get priority because damage grows quickly. Call us and we will tell you the earliest window we have open near your address.

Should I repair or replace it?

It depends on the appliance age, the failed part and the condition of everything else inside. A control board on a ten-year-old machine is a different decision than a door seal. Our technician explains both paths and lets you choose.

Why does hard water matter?

Much of California has mineral-heavy water. Scale coats heating elements, jams inlet valves and plugs dishwasher spray holes. Machines then run longer, clean poorly or quit. We check for buildup during diagnosis and suggest ways to slow it down.
