We fix home appliances across California, from Sacramento Valley kitchens to coastal condos. Hard water, long heat waves, and heat-pump laundry gear all show up in the repairs we do daily. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges. Pick your city from the list below to see what we cover in your area, or call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.

Verify us yourself. In California, appliance repair businesses that advertise service work should hold a Bureau of Household Goods and Services registration, and you can look that up through the state agency online. Ask for the business name and registration number, then confirm it. Also ask whether the technician carries insurance. Any honest company will answer without getting defensive.
Scheduling depends on your city and how our routes fall that week. Call us and we will give you the real window we have, not a vague promise. We ask for a time block rather than an exact minute, because a stuck drain pump can add an hour to the job before yours.
Our home base is North Highlands, near Sacramento, and we schedule work in cities throughout the state. The city links on this page show where we currently route. If you do not see your town, still call. We may cover it or be able to tell you what your options are.
Three things help most. The brand and model number, usually on a sticker inside the door frame, behind the kick plate, or on the back panel. A plain description of the symptom, such as water pooling under the fridge or a dryer that runs cold. And whether anything changed recently, like a power outage or a new water filter.
Often, yes. Much of the state has hard water, and mineral scale builds up on dishwasher spray arms, water heater elements, and ice maker lines. Symptoms look like weak spray, cloudy glasses, or thin hollow ice. We check for scale during diagnosis and will tell you if a descale or a filter change is the real fix.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Odd noise, standing water, no heat. Have the model number handy if you can reach it.
Pick a window that fits your day. We confirm the address and ask a few questions first, so the van carries parts that commonly fail on your machine.
Our technician tests the machine, explains what failed, and lays out the repair options. Many jobs finish the same visit. Special-order parts get scheduled before we leave.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
